These guys really work as a team.  Whether we were scheduling the appointment with Cheryl, or discussing options with Lee and the team, everyone was courteous, professional, and worked hard to accommodate us.  We pulled in the night before and they provided full hook-up.  They know the importance of customer service.  Thank you for a great experience.

Lee,
We just wanted to express our sincerest appreciation. We brought in our 2005 Fleetwood Storm to have two windows repaired that had fogged over. My husband could hardly see out the window to see the side view mirrors. We were pleasantly surprised at the amazing job you and your staff did. The windows look better than brand new. You and the entire staff were so kind and it was wonderful to be able to hook up and stay the night since we arrived on a Sunday.
The entire process was painless thanks to all you and your staff do to make it a very pleasant experience. We will certainly recommend you. Thanks again,

Work was accomplished much faster than what I expected. Not only got the window repaired, I was given a tour of the shop and the process was explained.  Thank you guys so much!!!  – You guys rock!

Hi Lee and friends,

I tried to find a place on line to leave a review about our experience with you, lacking that I decided to send you an email.

Bill and I want to thank you for not only your hard work but your friendliness while we were at your shop having our windows defogged.

We originally planned to do them ourselves with the help of online directions. Since we had 8 sets of windows that needed defogged we were concerned about the resealing process and what would happen if not done correctly.

I found your shop on the internet then realized we were going through your area this year. So we decided to have the experts do it for us. After a few emails back and forth about the windows as well as some body work that needed done we set the date.

We are very pleased with not only the windows, but how well the repairs and repainting were done. If you did not know it had been damaged you could not tell the coach has been repaired.

I will sing your praises to who ever needs this type work done whether, it is the windows or body work and painting. The work was great and reasonable and the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

You folks are tops.
Thanks and blessings,
Barb

Greetings RVFogDr Staff,

We wanted to let you know how grateful we are to you for work you did on our 2004 Discovery in March 2012. Almost all of our dual pane windows were foggy between the panes to some degree and needed to be repaired. After learning about RVFog Dr we arranged to bring our motorhome from California to Arkansas for the repairs. Your staff was very friendly and professional and your facility was first-class. We were treated like family during our stay. Our motorhome windows look clean again. We would recommend RVFogDr to anyone for window repair no matter how far they have travel.

Thank You Again!!

We have 14 windows in our RV, and 12 of them were very foggy. We came to the RVFogDr in Searcy AR, not knowing what to expect. We arrived on Sunday evening, and found full hookups available for us. The next morning, we met Charlie, Sam and Lee. They started in right away on our windows. We are so surprised how clean they came. We are very pleased with their work. Everyone there was very friendly. If you have foggy windows, go to the RVFogDr in Searcy, AR.
Thanks,
Mary Kellar

My wife and I own a 2002 Winnebago Journey. It came from the factory with dual pane windows, one of which fogged up years ago. We were given a price of $700 to replace it. Due to the location of the window, we didn’t have it replaced.

We saw an ad for RVFogDr in FMCA, called and made an appointment. When we arrived, we were pleased to find that they have overnight parking, 50 amp power, water and sewer. The next day, they removed my window and tried to clean it, but could only get one pane to clear up. They then made a template and are having a pane cut and tempered for future installation. They reinstalled the window, and sent us on our way at no cost.

If you have a dual pane window in need of repair, I would highly recommend this company. They take pride in their work and strive to have you leave satisfied. The whole crew goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed when we experienced “foggy” windows on our three year old motor home that our insurance or warranty would not cover. We thought we were doomed to just “live with it”. It was impossible for the driver to see out the rear view mirrors especially when the sun was on the window.

A friend mentioned that owner Ed Covington has a really unique and well equipped facility that could easily take care of this problem.

We jumped at the chance to come to Searcy, Arkansas to have the job done. It was a quick and enjoyable visit and now we have beautiful clear windows.

Thanks,

Helen Barnes

We were so disheartened to see the drivers side window fog up on our one and a half year old Motor Home.

It was so bad you couldn’t see the side view mirrors. It was very dangerous.

We went to Ed Covington’s “RV Fog Doctor” for repair. We had a wonderful experience, Beautiful accommodations, professional service and a wonderful time. We would definitely use the “RV Fog Doctor” again if needed.

We spent the summer in the Utah desert. From what we could tell, the extremes of temperature from day to night made our foggy window problems worse. In fact, we ended up with quite a number of fogged windows.

We made an appointment with the RVFogDR – and stopped by on our way back home. Their excellent customer service, skill and attention to detail fixed all our issues, and we were back on the road in less than two days. I can’t say enough about how wonderfully we were treated, how professional they are, and how happy we are with our windows. We would recommend them to anyone.

Dear Sam, Ed, and Lee,

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the service and repair of our fogged window. Your friendliness, knowledge, and hospitality exceeded our expectations and we thank you. We arrived about 4 pm, you removed the window within 30 minutes, we “camped” with electricity that night behind your building, and by 8 am the next morning you were installing our “fixed” window and we were on the road by 9 am. Wow, that is service. I know that I will gladly recommend you and will use you again if needed.

Warmest regards,

Based on a recommendation by Dick Albritton on this forum we had our foggy windows repaired at RV Fog Dr. in Searcy, Arkansas. What a find and another Dick Albritton success story. They are a small auto and RV glass shop owned by Ed Covington.

He is now building a 6 bay RV body shop building at the same location as the glass shop. The staff is professional, clean, and did a super job – 6 windows in one day. This is another great place to get your windows repaired. They can be found at www.RVFogDr.com. Their phone number is 501-278-3015.

I have been very pleased with the service and work that was completed on my Country Coach.

RVFogDr was recommended to me by a friend who had his coach work done in Arizona. He said if he had to replace his glass again– there was a place in Searcy, Arkansas he heard about that many people on the Internet had good things to say about. I would highly recommend to anyone to use the RVFogDr for any glass work or service.
